For manual testing of the new capability to output auxiliary data, see NOAA-GSL/fv3atm#21 (comment). Such changes are for debugging only and not supposed to be merged into gsd/develop. This PR is ready to merge. @ligiabernardet @JulieSchramm do you think it would be worthwhile for one of you (or someone else) to write up the documentation on how to use the new capability (following the description of the issue in the google doc https://docs.google.com/document/d/1VVHMR89vw6m3ADvAkipvDRiga6GffsVKpYYEZBVnkFU/edit?usp=sharing, and NOAA-GSL/fv3atm#21 (comment)). This could be added to ccpp-doc, probably together with the improved tendency output, with a note that this is currently in gsd/develop only. |

This PR only updates .gitmodules and submodule pointer for fv3atm for code review and testing. For a description of the changes, see NOAA-GSL/fv3atm#21.
